RIO DE JANEIRO, Brazil — A tragic aircraft accident in Rio de Janeiro has claimed the lives of six people, including internationally known singer Oliver Tree, according to confirmation from the Civil Police of Rio de Janeiro.
Authorities reported that the incident involved two aircraft. Of the six fatalities, five individuals were in one helicopter, while the pilot was the sole occupant of the second aircraft. Investigators have confirmed the identities of those on board as part of ongoing procedures.
